Refund policy

We want every purchase to feel just right. If it doesn’t, our process is simple and transparent.

30-DAY RETURN PROMISE

If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Whether the fit was not correct or you changed your mind, we will take care of it.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN:

  • Items must be in original condition, unwashed and unused.
  • Tags and packaging should be intact
  • Returns must include proof of purchase (your order confirmation email works) 

START A RETURN:

  1. Email info@wear-clo.com with your order number (found in your confirmation email or packing slip).
  2. After approval, we will email you instructions for sending your item back.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@wear-clo.com. We will review the issue and resolve it quickly.

FAST REFUNDS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. We will issue the refund to your original method of payment, you will get a notification the moment this is done.

Note:

  • Original shipping is always free—no restocking fees, no surprise charges
  • We don’t currently offer exchanges, but you're welcome to place a new order for the item you’d like instead
